• Leading the entire design process from discovery to delivery, including research, concept development, prototyping, usability testing, and UI/visual design
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problem areas and shape product strategy in line with company objectives
• Contributing to the enhancement of Beyond's design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product offerings by collaborating with fellow designers
• Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights to guide design choices
• Designing experiments to analyze how design decisions impact user behavior and business outcomes
• Responsible for managing feature-level Figma files, prototypes, and libraries
• Maintaining best practices in Figma and assisting in refining design workflows as the team expands
• Conducting user interviews, usability tests, concept validations, and heuristic evaluations
• Translating insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and design enhancements, incorporating them into decision-making processes
• Articulating design decisions clearly, focusing on customer and business implications and measurable results
• Facilitating workshops and alignment sessions when necessary
• Minimum of 7 years of Product Design experience in SaaS, B2B, or data-rich products
• Demonstrated ability to drive product decisions based on data insights
• Ability to take ownership of projects from defining problems to final UI implementation
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
• Experience contributing to design systems
• Strong empathy and collaboration skills with product and engineering teams
• Familiarity with data visualization or information-dense interfaces
• Background in revenue management, pricing tools, marketplaces, or analytics platforms is advantageous
• Interest in AI tools and their integration into workflows is a plus
• Knowledge of Product analytics tools like Hotjar and Posthog is beneficial
• Understanding of experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and measuring UX impact is advantageous
