• Responsible for ensuring the valuable and user-friendly use of the software

• Ensure a consistent, user-friendly design for all through the design system, working closely with frontend developers & our Product Design Team
• Actively engage and communicate with cross-functional teams and management to tackle complex user flows and commercial projects
• Several years of practical experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methods; proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or others
• Professional experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1)
