Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of UX/UI design projects from start to finish.

• Develop user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.

• Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives.

• Establish and uphold design systems for consistency and scalability.

• Present design ideas, conduct usability tests, and refine based on feedback.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring top-notch results and efficient time management.

• Engage in branding projects, workshops, and client interactions.

• Provide guidance to junior designers when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or project lead position

• Demonstrated track record in designing digital products for agencies or startups (experience with Silicon Valley clients preferred)

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of front-end development and design systems (HTML/CSS/JS skills are a bonus)

• English proficiency: C1 level (advanced) for written and verbal communication

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and product mindset

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
