• Collaborate closely with our product team to grasp business needs and leverage design expertise to propose innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Bring at least 5 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrate proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent, with a preference for Figma.
• Deep understanding of user-centric design principles, accessibility norms, and responsive design techniques.
• Hands-on experience in conducting user research and usability testing, particularly with sensitive or high-stakes user segments.
• Familiarity with designing for secure and privacy-centric applications.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented approach and a creative mindset for problem-solving.
