📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for key product flows independently, ensuring high quality and alignment with design systems

• Transform intricate requirements into user-friendly experiences through effective design solutions

• Produce top-notch deliverables such as flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications for seamless implementation

• Utilize strong visual and interaction design skills to deliver refined and scalable solutions

• Uphold design standards, accessibility guidelines, and established frameworks consistently

• Enhance quality and consistency across work by maintaining a high level of craftsmanship

• Collaborate across functions to define issues, craft solutions, and prioritize tasks

• Contribute to UX strategy and ensure alignment with product roadmap within your domain

• Utilize data and research findings to validate decisions and solutions effectively

• Identify and address risks and opportunities, taking proactive measures as necessary

• Offer well-informed recommendations to influence product direction positively

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive experiences

• Communicate design choices, tradeoffs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels

• Drive alignment through workflows, prototypes, and user stories to ensure project success

• Engage with Engineering early on to understand constraints and ensure quality implementation

• Collaborate with Product and Project Management to plan and execute successful outcomes

• Lead or participate in critiques, reviews, and product demonstrations

• Provide constructive feedback to peers to elevate team quality and consistency

• Mentor and assist junior designers in their professional growth

• Contribute to team culture and help enhance practices, workflows, and standards

• Advocate for user-centered design principles within your team and with partners

• Present work, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field

• Demonstrate strong visual and interaction design skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, and library utilization

• Experience in working with and contributing to established design systems

• Background in designing enterprise or transactional systems, such as complex workflows and internal tools

• Showcase a strong portfolio illustrating end-to-end design processes and successful outcomes

• Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver effective solutions

• Capable of translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered experiences
