📋 Description

• Drive the future direction of the product ecosystem and establish a long-term design vision for Bridgit Bench

• Serve as the lead designer within your team's product domain, collaborating closely with product management and engineering

• Conduct research to gain deep insights into customer needs and translate findings into strategic product opportunities

• Create sophisticated and scalable solutions that can be applied across different product areas and use cases

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs

• Utilize behavioral analytics and experimentation to refine designs and achieve measurable outcomes

• Contribute to the enhancement of Bridgit's design system to maintain visual consistency and interaction harmony

• Provide guidance and support to the design team through feedback and promoting best practices

• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies, such as AI, to enhance product delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience in designing web-based SaaS products

• Portfolio demonstrating elegant and scalable solutions in complex settings

• Ability to connect abstract strategy with detailed execution as a systems thinker

• Strong focus on user-centered design with a robust research-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in data-informed design using quantitative and qualitative methods

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and making decisions with limited information

• Proficient in responsive design, accessibility, interaction patterns, and visual design principles

• Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders and fostering collaboration

• Experience in mentoring and empowering design teams

• Self-motivated to continuously learn and grow
