• As the Senior Product Designer, your primary focus will be on driving growth for Coinbase One, one of Consumer's key offerings targeted at our most engaged crypto traders and enthusiasts.
• You will play a crucial role in helping customers discover, try, and sign up for Coinbase One, ensuring their initial interactions are seamless and delightful. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers, you will design impactful experiences with a strong emphasis on acquisition and aspects of activation.
• Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all design processes, from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final production.
• Elevate design standards by paying close attention to detail, considering edge cases, and ensuring scalability across all Coinbase One membership offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and XFN teams to define and implement the product roadmap.
• Create web and mobile experiences that are user-friendly and intuitive.
• Engage in regular design critiques to give and receive feedback on design projects.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in product design, with a bonus if you have worked on subscription or membership model products before.
• Strong communication skills with a proven track record of influencing product strategy and aligning stakeholders on complex products at scale.
• Demonstrated mastery in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to balance quality and speed in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, even when faced with ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a humble approach.
