• Collaborate in a small team to continuously enhance user experience
• Guide new features through the entire development process, from concept to user testing to launch

• Daily coordination with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners.
• Possess 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design
• Demonstrated expertise in designing consumer-focused web and mobile experiences
• Strong skills in product conceptualization, visual design, and written communication
• Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Self-directed, problem-solving mindset, and capable of working independently
• Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Enjoy working collaboratively and excel in interpersonal interactions
• Display humility and openness to new ideas
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools
• Interest in cryptocurrency and/or financial products
• Design experience with traditional finance products
• Familiarity with Coinbase products
