• Taking full responsibility for the design process of our configurators and/or apps from initial discovery to final UI implementation
• Collaborating with the Product Manager to define and analyze user problems based on qualitative insights and quantitative data
• Translating user needs into intuitive and high-quality user experiences, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design
• Evolving our design system and shaping cross-cutting standards for UX/UI
• Minimum of 4 years experience in digital product design, preferably focusing on mobile and covering the entire design lifecycle
• Strong skills in user research (including interviews), interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and working with design systems such as Figma and Miro
• Fluent in English for interdisciplinary team collaboration - knowledge of French or German is a plus for user interviews
