Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for end-to-end product design in key product areas, from initial concepts to final experiences

• Design intuitive workflows for various end users, growth teams, partners, and developers

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop solutions, prioritize tasks, and execute efficiently

• Utilize user research and product data to make informed decisions, validate assumptions, and iterate rapidly

• Contribute to the enhancement of Cello’s design system and shared design patterns

• Enhance design quality through hands-on work, constructive feedback, and meticulous attention to detail

• Ensure a consistent product experience across all major customer touchpoints

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of senior experience in product / UX / interaction design

• Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering complex product areas from start to finish

• Proficient in interaction and visual design for real-world product flows

• Experience working within established product direction and design frameworks

• Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams to make daily decisions

• Ability to tackle vague problems and transform them into successful solutions with guidance
