📋 Description

• Take charge of complete design projects from inception to launch, ensuring top-notch UX/UI design.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that address intricate challenges.

• Utilize analytics and user data to pinpoint design opportunities, enhance user experience, and steer design choices.

• Effectively communicate design decisions to senior management, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.

• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, monitoring competitor activities and emerging trends in technology, design trends, and user interaction.

• Proactively research enhancements in the broader design and tech industry, bringing innovative ideas to the forefront.

• Engage in various communication formats, including asynchronous methods, to update teams, pose pertinent questions, and overcome obstacles in the design process.

• Regularly assess our live applications, taking full accountability for the UI and UX aspects of features within your scope.

• Actively engage in the review process as features approach launch, ensuring adherence to the highest UI and UX standards.

• Collaborate closely with developers during implementation, providing design guidance and guaranteeing fidelity to the original design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong alignment with company values, which can be found on the career page if not already familiar.

• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.

• Over 6 years of product design experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating UX/UI proficiency.

• Proficient in Figma, showcasing expertise in utilizing the tool for high-fidelity design mockups, prototyping, and collaborative design processes.

• Thorough understanding of platform-specific design guidelines and responsive design principles.

• Experience in leveraging AI tools as an integral part of the design process and workflow.

• Track record of delivering successful SaaS products, particularly in creator tools or community platforms.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex design concepts clearly and convincingly.

• Data-driven approach, utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform designs.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various departments.

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a flawless and pixel-perfect end product.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
