• Possess 5+ years of product design experience in fintech, education, or digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrate proficiency in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and Adobe CS, along with knowledge of front-end development principles and financial regulations.
• Have a solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
