Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product design process for assigned projects with minimal supervision.

• Conduct audits on existing platforms to identify inconsistencies, inventory components, patterns, and visual styles, and recognize opportunities for systemization.

• Develop and enhance a unified, scalable visual language without altering established information architecture or core UX flows.

• Translate design principles and UX research findings into practical design tokens, components, and patterns.

• Create and maintain adaptable, responsive component libraries based on variants for real-world engineering integration.

• Upgrade UI, enhance perceived quality and consistency while maintaining existing structure, hierarchy, and interaction models.

• Serve as a liaison between research insights, UX intent, and UI execution.

• Generate high-fidelity visual designs, user flows, and interaction documentation that effectively convey design intent.

• Document the design system to facilitate clear, precise handoff and collaboration with engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' proven experience in web product design, encompassing web applications, native apps, and design systems.

• Portfolio showcasing completed design projects.

• Extensive expertise in design systems and proficient knowledge of Figma.

• Strong understanding of product design processes and web design principles.

• Exceptional aesthetic skills with the ability to harmoniously blend colors, fonts, and layouts.

• Deadline-oriented with a collaborative mindset for team projects.

• Experience in presenting concepts to creatives, strategists, and clients from inception to delivery.
