• Drive growth for Coinbase One, a key offering for engaged crypto traders and enthusiasts

• Enhance customer discovery, trial, and sign-up experiences for Coinbase One, ensuring seamless onboarding

• Collaborate with various teams to create impactful user experiences focused on acquisition and activation

• Lead the design process from ideation to final production, ensuring quality and scalability

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and execute the product roadmap

• Create user-friendly web and mobile experiences through design iteration and feedback

• Engage in design critiques to improve design work continuously

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience

• Previous experience with subscription or membership models is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence product decisions in complex environments

• Strong attention to detail and expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping

• Ability to balance quality and speed in fast-paced, cross-functional settings

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
