Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Management in defining the development lifecycle of products and features

• Identify opportunities and challenges within the product to enhance the customer experience

• Research competitors' approaches to common issues and suggest innovative solutions

• Work closely with Engineering to ensure the product's user interface and experience meet standards

• Take initiative in proposing changes and improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

• Comprehensive exploration of solutions, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing requirements

• Contribute to the design system for consistency and scalability in product development

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior product designer

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates

• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and design aspects

• Ability to think creatively and execute solutions effectively from conception to implementation

• Capacity to simplify complex problems and drive initiatives independently
