• Take the lead in crafting end-to-end user experiences, starting from initial concepts to final designs ready for production.
• Thrive in a dynamic, iterative product development setting by seamlessly transitioning from rough ideas to polished UI, guided by user feedback.
• Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively convey design vision.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow UX team members to grasp user requirements and provide thoughtful, viable design solutions.
• Spearhead visual and interaction design for Corelight’s SaaS and platform products.
• Conduct brief internal research and usability tests to validate design choices and identify areas for enhancement.
• Clearly present user needs and design rationale, advocating for the user in cross-functional dialogues.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical background.
• Accumulate 8+ years of experience in interaction or product design for intricate, user-centric products.
• Essential: Prior experience in designing for complex SaaS domains or enterprise applications.
• Demonstrate a strong capacity to design across various platforms with examples of user flows, UI mockups, and functional prototypes.
• Proficient in using Figma for both interaction and visual design purposes.
• Showcase a portfolio illustrating the end-to-end design process and its impact on released products (please provide a viewable link or access instructions).
• Experience in working with SOC tools or in the cybersecurity sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in designing products utilizing GenAI, machine learning, or extensive data sets.
• Possess a strong blend of skills in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
• Functional prototyping or front-end development skills are considered advantageous.
