Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the entire product design process, from initial research and concept development to prototyping and final UI design

• Simplify complex product requirements into elegant and engaging experiences

• Develop interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define strategy and deliver high-quality experiences efficiently

• Utilize user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to guide design decisions

• Advocate for a user-centered design approach while considering business objectives

• Contribute to product vision and strategy by offering fresh perspectives on community engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing applications (mobile or web)

• Proficiency in Figma, particularly in design systems, prototyping, and collaboration features

• Experience in designing for gamified communities, social products, or engaging platforms

• Understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices

• Ability to create polished designs efficiently and effectively

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines

• Passion for creating products that foster connections and simplify complex interactions

• Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation, including A/B testing and analytics tools
