Join our innovative team as a Senior Product Designer and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare.

• As the Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process for our point-of-care AI experience, currently in beta. You will enhance and refine an existing product to deliver an exceptional experience for clinicians. Your responsibilities will range from conceptualizing products to creating trustworthy workflows for providers, setting a high design standard for our groundbreaking launch.

• Collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Engineers, you will ensure that design is at the core of the product's evolution and scalability. This role combines creativity, research, and strategy, involving design tools like Figma, Vercel, Bolt, user sessions with providers, and translating research insights into user-friendly experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design and shipping, particularly in SaaS or health tech industries.

• Skilled in conducting user research and product usability testing to drive informed design decisions.

• Proficient in modern design tools and workflows, such as Figma, building design systems, and prototyping.

• Comfortable using vibe coding tools like Vercel, Bolt, or similar platforms to bring designs to life.

• Familiarity with creative AI tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate design processes and facilitate handoff to development teams.

• Experience working collaboratively in product trios and cross-functional teams, with a startup mindset to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus Points If You have experience in healthcare design, expertise in interaction design for conversational products, and a portfolio showcasing craft excellence and strategic problem-solving.
