• Key Responsibilities:
• Take charge of designing CrewAI’s fundamental UX interfaces, such as our Studio builder, agent feedback mechanisms, observability layers, and operator-centric workflows.
• Establish and enhance our design framework to facilitate scalability from small-scale operations to organizations managing over 100,000 automations.
• Develop workflows tailored to various user roles – builders, operators, and facilitators – each with distinct requirements but converging on common goals.
• Bring to life our Agentic UX principles, fostering intuitive collaboration between users and AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with our founder, engineers, and product leaders to expedite product launches and iterate based on feedback.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of product design expertise, preferably within dynamic, technical product environments.
• Flourish in environments focused on innovation and originality – you relish creating systems, not just interfaces.
• Proficient in designing for intricate processes involving multiple user categories.
• Prioritize clarity, trust, and a touch of magic in your designs – simplifying complex concepts comes naturally to you.
• Previous experience with platforms or tools requiring scalability, customization, or integration.
• Think holistically as a product owner, guiding projects from inception to completion.
• Pay meticulous attention to details while always aligning them with desired outcomes – understanding when pixel-perfection is crucial and when speed is of the essence.
• Background in AI, automation, or developer platforms.
• Proficiency in systems thinking and component-based design.
• Experience in designing for observability, feedback mechanisms, or security-focused UX.
• Familiarity with open-source software or creating products for technical audiences.
• Comfortable working with Figma, Framer, and collaborating with engineers in fast-paced environments.
