Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for enhancing the user experience in either drafting contracts or underwriting transactions on the Crux platform

• Collaborate with product management, customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement

• Engage with stakeholders to rapidly iterate on market features

• Collaborate with engineering & product teams to implement enhancements

• Develop tailored features based on a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends

• Utilize industry-leading data to inform UX decisions and integrate data into product development

• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the company

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of UX design experience

• Background in B2B software or complex industries

• Proficiency in developing features utilizing LLMs

• Prior startup experience with diverse responsibilities

• Strong dedication to sustainable finance initiatives
