• Collaborate on UI/UX projects for various Magic Eden product lines, working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to craft user experiences that meet business and user objectives
• Establish and manage a design system to facilitate the scalability of product features across Magic Eden's offerings
• Develop comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and other design elements to effectively communicate UX concepts to relevant teams, along with the reasoning behind design decisions
• Prototype user experiences and conduct testing with end users
• Iterate rapidly and provide updated versions based on feedback from internal stakeholders and end users
• Conduct QA on developed software to ensure visual accuracy, and offer detailed feedback to engineering for revisions until product launch
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI or UX designer focusing on consumer-facing products
• Strong personal interest in cryptocurrency
• Background in designing trading products
• Proven ability to work independently, showcase creativity, pay attention to detail, and deliver results efficiently
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
• Experience in web and mobile design, understanding design standards and systems for both platforms
• Excellent communication and writing skills
