• We are in search of a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our team as a pivotal figure in our product division—balancing hands-on design implementation with strategic collaboration alongside Product Management and Engineering.
• As a key player, you will lead cross-product initiatives, engage with stakeholders throughout the organization, and guide junior designers to enhance their skills and confidence.
• This role offers you the chance to impact strategy, craft end-to-end user experiences, and deliver significant outcomes in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer in a comparable capacity
• Thorough grasp of user-centered design principles, emphasizing the creation of exceptional user experiences
• Proficiency in designing with Figma, coupled with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of explaining design choices to a diverse audience
• Demonstrated talent in mentoring fellow designers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team
• Proven capability to translate product requirements into compelling design solutions, offering multiple viable paths forward
• Effective problem-solving skills, anticipating issues and delivering practical, efficient solutions
• Ability to work independently while aligning projects with company objectives and collaborating with key stakeholders
• Experience in leading cross-functional, strategic product design in fast-paced environments, taking a proactive, impact-focused approach to solving complex challenges
• Deep expertise in evolving design systems and patterns, along with a strong passion for mentoring and cultivating an innovative design culture
