• Establish a thought leadership position within the design community through conference presentations, blog posts, and industry event participation.
• Lead or engage in user testing sessions and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Drive the development of the company's design culture by creating a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and fosters creativity.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Design.
• Self-driven and autonomous with a focus on making an impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Experience in hypothesis generation, defining experiments, and conducting AB tests.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product management, research, engineering, and data analysts.
• Proficiency in data analysis, business KPIs, and success metrics.
• Understanding of systems thinking and component-based design patterns.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to give and receive constructive feedback to enhance the work of designers and overall team performance.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Ability to engage with developers on a technical level.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Experience in designing AI products and creating intuitive AI-driven experiences is advantageous.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills is a must for application.
