Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of UI design across various digital platforms with precise execution

• Establish and manage a scalable, sturdy Figma design system incorporating Auto Layout, variables, component sets, organizing and publishing libraries, and interactive prototyping

• Collaborate closely with developers to translate designs into functional features using HTML/CSS/JS and preferably React

• Implement design thinking principles: conduct user research, define problems, brainstorm ideas, create prototypes, conduct tests, and refine iteratively

• Simplify complex data-heavy, visually engaging experiences

• Familiarity with Framer design, development, and deployment processes is a plus

• Engage and cooperate with data providers, developers, and the DeFi community at a fast-paced startup pace

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product or UI design

• Proficiency in Figma with expertise in Auto Layout, variables, component sets, organizing and publishing libraries, and prototyping

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding; some experience with React is preferred

• Proficient in the design thinking process including user research, problem framing, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement

• Portfolio showcasing refined, data-centric UI designs

• Demonstrated ability to drive product-focused work from start to finish

• Comfortable in dynamic, uncertain startup environments with the capability to lead design strategy and execution

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder presentations

• Experience in automating and enhancing design workflows

• Knowledge of Web3/DeFi is a bonus

• Proficiency in English
