• Lead the design process for major AI features, taking concepts from inception to polished production. This includes designing AI-first experiences like asset generation, multi-modal interactions, and agentic workflows.
• Act as a product owner, influencing product development beyond just the visual aspect. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape product strategy.
• Design diverse multimodal experiences encompassing text, voice, image, and SMS, exploring innovative interaction models that enhance the natural and trustworthy feel of AI.
• Develop scalable systems by creating component libraries, design patterns, and best practices that ensure consistent AI behavior and user experience throughout the product.
• Rapidly prototype with code to craft intricate interactions and impactful AI-first experiences, moving away from spending excessive time in design tools like Figma.
• Possess over 5 years of product design experience focusing on developing B2B and/or consumer product experiences.
• Demonstrate exceptional taste, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail in design work.
• Have experience owning end-to-end product design processes, from initial research and strategy to final UI and visual enhancements.
• Proficient in prototyping with code, exhibiting a knack for quickly bringing ideas to life through hands-on coding.
• Prioritize designing for impactful outcomes rather than just features, emphasizing the importance of driving results through design.
• Capable of working independently while fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional team members.
• Flourish in uncertain environments, showcasing enthusiasm for transforming rough concepts into live products and pioneering new innovations.
