• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in designing digital products, particularly in B2B and developer-oriented tools
• Showcase a robust portfolio that highlights your proficiency in visual design and UX strategy
• Proficient in Figma with a background in developing and maintaining design systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced settings with evolving demands
• Enjoy collaborating across functions and advocating for design throughout the product lifecycle
• Passionate about fintech and Web3, keen on shaping the future of user experience in this domain
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience building in the Web3 sector for a reputable Web3 organization
• Excited about Web3 and fintech, interested in contributing to infrastructure used by millions of users
• Reside in proximity to NYC, SF, Chicago, or Floripa (Brazil)
