• Act as a leader on the design team by mentoring other designers, leading design critiques, and driving initiatives to enhance our culture, tools, and processes.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in designing and launching complex web-based products within a cross-functional team.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing your ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, from research to polished user experiences in UX, UI, and visual design.
