β’ This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping strategic product design discussions and influencing the direction of our offerings.
β’ We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to play a hands-on role, collaborating with various agile teams to define product strategies, conduct experiments, validate concepts, and refine user experiences to meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
β’ Your responsibilities will span the entire UX spectrum, encompassing user research, product discovery, and iterative contributions to product delivery to achieve significant business impact.
β’ By gaining profound insights into user requirements in this sector, you will formulate testable hypotheses and leverage our design framework -- Backpack -- to drive successful outcomes.
β’ Possess a minimum of 5 years of pertinent Product Design experience in a B2B SaaS setting or related field, with exposure to analytics products.
β’ Demonstrate a penchant for experimentation and curiosity, embracing rapid learning, agile experimentation, and iterative refinement.
β’ Showcased expertise in leading user research and usability testing across diverse demographics.
β’ Proven track record of delivering solutions in an Enterprise SaaS environment that add value for key stakeholders while enhancing user adoption.
β’ Strong collaborator adept at fostering alignment, assessing trade-offs, and delivering product solutions within an agile framework.
β’ Display a commitment to mentoring others and fostering a culture of design excellence, feedback, and continuous improvement.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
