• Combining creative visuals with a business perspective to create effective conversion funnels.

• Collaborating with Brand and Visual leads to ensure a unique logged-out experience.
• Using user research and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
• Working closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with strategic goals.
• Participating in weekly sessions focused on AI-assisted design and pushing design boundaries.
• Experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing a focus on visual craftsmanship.
• Ability to provide unique experiences for different customer channels based on a clear perspective on visual quality.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like Cursor or v0 in daily design workflow.
• Understanding the impact of design decisions on conversion rates and business growth.
• Comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing to refine design instincts.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain design rationale to various stakeholders.
• Thrives in autonomy and enjoys shaping core product surfaces from the ground up.
