📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for features in various product areas, from inception to implementation

• Simplify intricate AI functionalities into user-friendly and captivating experiences

• Manage a consistent design system for enhanced coherence and scalability across all products

• Create designs that adapt to the fast-paced AI product environment, incorporating industry trends and competitor insights

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring swift delivery without compromising quality

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers throughout the design process

• Prototype and test ideas efficiently before full implementation

• Offer constructive feedback during design reviews to elevate design standards

• Support rapid A/B testing with swift design modifications

• Experiment with AI-driven design workflows to expedite delivery and explore innovative concepts

• Stay updated on design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in dating or social platforms, chat-based experiences, AI-generation tools, or live-interactive gamified products

• Proficient in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture

• Demonstrated ability to launch impactful features and iterate based on user feedback

• Proficiency in Figma and creating production-ready UI assets

• Expertise in prototyping to effectively communicate ideas and interactions to stakeholders

• Resourceful problem-solving skills to balance aesthetics and functionality

• Strong capability to translate research insights into actionable design decisions
