Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing and problem solving for new product experiences and feature enhancements throughout our platform

• Collaborate with a team of experienced designers to improve solutions, streamline processes, and explore new concepts (e.g. AI applications, prompt design, etc.)

• Successfully balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining high quality standards

• Engage in in-depth collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and team leads during in-person workshops to address complex user issues

• Inspire your team with your innovative approach through rapid prototyping and iteration of designs

• Drive continuous improvement in design and processes by providing feedback and proposing effective alternatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Product Design experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments

• At least 1 year of experience shipping B2B SaaS products

• Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects from inception to launch

• Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite

• Willingness to travel for 6-8 weeks annually

• Bonus Points for: Experience in FinTech/InsurTech; Experience in developing design systems and overseeing UI pattern libraries
