• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to lead the design and implementation of key features and new offerings.
• Develop end-to-end design strategies for critical feature areas on the FloQast platform, ensuring successful launch and post-launch enhancements.
• Simplify complex AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences that accelerate adoption and value realization for accounting teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership to shape product strategy with a user-centric approach and meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain high-quality, visually appealing design standards across the enterprise platform and design system.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, measure success, and advocate for the needs of accounting professionals.
• Lead design execution in Figma, delivering concept designs, prototypes, and specifications while ensuring high-quality work delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide design leadership within the team, fostering a culture of design excellence and offering mentorship to junior designers.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and launching high-quality SaaS or enterprise products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking, particularly in data-heavy applications or workflows.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, with experience in design systems and AI-powered tools.
• Familiarity with designing AI-driven features, including user controls, trust management, and translating complex models into user value.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative data.
