• Responsible for leading end-to-end design work on key product initiatives, from initial concept to final delivery and ongoing enhancements
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to shape product strategy and create user-centric solutions
• Lead design workshops, sprints, and problem-solving sessions to align Product & Engineering teams with user needs
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes, flows, and interface designs that are both visually appealing and highly functional
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data, along with user feedback, to validate design decisions and drive product improvements
• Uphold and enhance the visual and interaction design quality throughout the product, emphasizing consistency and craftsmanship
• Work with Engineering to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs, while also contributing to the evolution of design systems
• Foster a positive design culture through feedback, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product designer in a dynamic work environment
• Passion for simplifying healthcare for individuals with complex medical conditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
• Adept at listening and solving complex problems with simple solutions
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable working independently as the sole designer
