Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Join our team as a Senior Product Designer responsible for overseeing the entire design process for a specific product area at Fountain, a frontline workforce management platform

• This position is a 12-month contract

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver user-friendly and scalable solutions

• Drive design efforts from initial discovery to final delivery, translating complex workflows and data into intuitive user experiences

• Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs and validate proposed solutions

• Engage in rapid, iterative design cycles to expedite learning and product delivery

• Bring clarity to ambiguous problems through structured thinking and effective problem-solving abilities

• Present ideas with precision through storytelling, prototypes, and data-driven reasoning

• Contribute to the development of high-quality UI and UX design system patterns to ensure consistency and scalability

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product design within a high-complexity B2B SaaS environment, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centric problem-solving skills and elegant product solutions

• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong grasp of usability best practices, interaction and visual design, and design systems

• Background in user research and validation

• Strong sense of ownership, capable of balancing user needs with business objectives and technical limitations

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate the reasoning behind design choices

• Flexibility with time zones, ensuring at least 6 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time

• Nice to have: Experience working with talent acquisition, sourcing, or marketing platforms
