Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Be a part of Fountain, a leading enterprise solution for frontline workforce management, assisting clients in hiring, onboarding, and overseeing millions of workers globally

• Take charge of the complete design process for a specific product area—from research and brainstorming to refined, production-ready designs

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to provide user-friendly, scalable B2B SaaS solutions

• Lead the design aspect of a product area, from initial exploration to final delivery

• Simplify intricate workflows and data into user-friendly and elegant experiences

• Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user requirements and validate proposed solutions

• Engage in quick, iterative processes—from defining problems to polished designs—to expedite learning and delivery

• Articulate ideas effectively and influence others through storytelling, prototypes, and data-driven reasoning

• Contribute to the development of high-quality UI and UX design system patterns for consistency and scalability

• This position is a 12-month contract

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of product design experience in complex B2B SaaS environments, with a portfolio showcasing user-centric problem-solving and refined product solutions

• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong grasp of usability best practices, interaction and visual design, and design systems

• Hands-on experience in user research and validation

• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership—advocate for design excellence while balancing user needs with business objectives and technical limitations

• Exceptional communication skills—ability to justify decisions and advocate for design quality

• Flexible time zone availability—must have at least a 6-hour overlap with US Pacific Time

• Nice to have: Previous experience working with talent acquisition, sourcing, or marketing platforms
