• Seeking a Senior Product Designer responsible for overseeing the entire design process for a specific product area, from research and conceptualization to refined, production-ready designs.

• Strive to strike a balance between user requirements, business objectives, and technical feasibility to generate tangible results.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions.

• Initial 12-month contract position.

• Take charge of designing a product area from initial exploration to final implementation.

• Transform intricate workflows and data into user-friendly, sophisticated user experiences.

• Conduct thorough user research to comprehend user needs and validate proposed solutions.

• Engage in rapid, iterative processes—from problem definition to refined design—to expedite learning and implementation.

• Employ structured thinking and strong problem-solving abilities to bring clarity to ambiguous issues.

• Articulate ideas with precision and impact through narratives, prototypes, and data-driven justifications.

• Contribute to the development of high-quality UI and UX design system patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design within a complex B2B SaaS environment, with a portfolio highlighting user-centric problem-solving and refined product solutions.

• Proficiency in Figma, with a solid grasp of usability best practices, interaction and visual design, as well as design systems.

• Background in user research and validation.

• Strong sense of ownership—advocate for design excellence while balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Excellent communication skills—ability to elucidate the rationale behind decisions and champion design quality.

• Flexible time zone availability—minimum of 6 hours overlap with US Pacific Time.

• Preferred: Experience working with talent acquisition, sourcing, or marketing platforms.
