Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete Consumer Experience Design process

• Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interfaces for the consumer app

• Enhance activation, first-purchase conversion, and repeat-purchase behavior

• Lead design from initial discovery to launch and continuous improvement

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis

• Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable design solutions

• Contribute to the development of a Unified Design System

• Create and enhance components, interaction patterns, and visual guidelines for mobile and web platforms

• Ensure consistency across different surfaces including consumer, creator, business, and partner aspects

• Collaborate with the Brand team to maintain visual and identity coherence

• Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance

• Support Cross-Platform Experiences by adapting mobile-first patterns into scalable web experiences

• Design seamless cross-platform flows across mobile, web, and business tools

• Improve Business and Creator Tools by designing intuitive flows for various functions

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in product design

• Proven track record of designing and launching consumer mobile apps at scale

• Proficiency in mobile UX, information architecture, interaction design, and user research

• Strong background in contributing to or developing design systems

• Excellent skills in visual design and prototyping

• Ability to drive product work from ideation to implementation and iterate rapidly

• Experience with social, content, marketplace, rewards, or fintech products is a plus

• Comfortable collaborating with engineering and data science teams

• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and successful product launches
