📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer, you will transform intricate challenges into user-centric solutions that are intuitive.

• Utilize data, research, and design knowledge to shape the future of our digital products, ensuring a seamless experience for various user types across platforms.

• Identify product opportunities by analyzing stakeholder and user needs.

• Support design decisions by understanding and utilizing product metrics throughout the funnel.

• Lead research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods during project kickoffs and iterations.

• Translate research findings into clear design solutions focused on users that align with business and product strategies.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, UX proposals, and visual mockups tailored to project timelines and scopes.

• Validate design assumptions by conducting usability tests, interviews, or other research tools with real users.

• Produce high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring accessibility and compliance with style guides.

• Generate development-ready assets, including responsive behaviors, transitions, and interactions.

• Collaborate with Product Design and Front-End teams to contribute to and maintain design systems.

• Present proposals clearly to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.

• Define and monitor post-launch metrics to assess design impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.

• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product design through a strong portfolio.

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive projects from concept to delivery.

• Desirable: Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Cursor, v0.

• Experience with UX writing, generative AI tools, and design systems.

• Thorough understanding of research techniques and user testing strategies.

• Proficiency in both native or bilingual Spanish and C1 level English.

• 6+ years of experience in comparable roles and environments.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UX/UI, Product Design, or related fields.

• Valued soft skills: Proactivity, adaptability in fast-paced environments, customer and business orientation, strong time management, and attention to detail.
