📋 Description

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma

• Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs with great attention to detail

• Communicate design concepts effectively to various stakeholders

• Manage stakeholders and handle projects with clarity

• Mentor design talent, shape design culture, and promote knowledge sharing

• Utilize AI tools like Cursor, v0.dev, Claude, and Figma Make for efficient product prototyping

• Minimum 6 years of product design experience with a successful track record

• Strong portfolio showcasing ownership of complex design challenges and launched features

• Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools

• Expertise in UI/UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and platform-specific patterns

• Collaboration with engineering teams for high-quality implementation

• Attention to detail and delivery of pixel-perfect designs

• Understanding of interaction patterns for desktop and mobile web applications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to use metrics and user research for informed design decisions
