Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and implementation of an innovative front-end experience for a renowned global iGaming brand

• Address intricate product challenges by leveraging technical, development, and business acumen

• Communicate the design impact to both technical and non-technical teams using research and data

• Spearhead research endeavors in collaboration with UX Researchers and Product Managers

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance and refine the user experience

• Provide constructive feedback and facilitate communication to support others in their progress

• Foster cross-team alignment through core UX methodologies to create cohesive features and workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design focusing on consumer-facing websites, apps, software, and mobile platforms

• Strong eye for visual design and experience working in an agile environment

• Proficiency in designing for various screen sizes, devices, and browsers

• Skilled in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component creation, and design system contribution

• Proficient in UX research methods for design testing and validation

• Exceptional UI design abilities including concept development and prototyping

• Capability to pitch ideas, present effectively, and articulate opportunities persuasively

• Ability to grasp business objectives and stakeholder requirements to devise solutions

• Detail-oriented and organized with a keen attention to detail
