• Provide guidance to product and engineering teams based on a deep understanding of design principles and interaction patterns.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design roles.
• Proficiency in product design, including prototyping, visual and interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong curiosity for exploring new technological ideas and user-centric solutions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and eager to validate hypotheses.
• Empathetic towards customer needs and experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team to achieve business goals.
