• Create design assets such as wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma based on research findings.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align design solutions with business objectives and technical possibilities.
• Manage and enhance Green Project's design system for consistent and scalable product experiences.
• Promote accessibility, inclusivity, and sustainability principles in product design.
• Conduct design workshops and co-creation sessions to align stakeholders on product vision and user requirements.
• Communicate design rationale through tools like Notion to ensure transparency and understanding.
• Advocate for design thinking and human-centered design practices within multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design for a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional background.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools for creating rapid prototypes and high-fidelity designs based on product requirements.
• Experience in conducting usability testing with external customers and internal users to enhance design effectiveness and user satisfaction.
• Knowledge of climate and/or sustainability sectors is advantageous.
