Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire product design process, from initial concept to final execution, which includes research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design

• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to envision and design the future iterations of our product

• Work in tandem with the Creative Director to ensure that the product aligns with the brand's aesthetic and tone

• Enhance and uphold design systems, guidelines, and documentation to maintain consistency throughout the product

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, making sure the product is user-friendly and engaging

• Drive design enhancements independently and suggest improvements without constant supervision, serving as the expert for all product design decisions

• Keep abreast of industry trends, particularly in B2B and customer verification, to keep our product design contemporary and competitive

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 5 years of product design experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced setting

• Demonstrated proficiency in designing B2B products with intricate workflows, specifically in customer verification or fraud prevention

• A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, agile environment and can independently manage design projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision

• Showcase a robust portfolio illustrating your design process, user-centered designs, and tangible product impact

• Proficient in design, prototyping, and building design systems using Figma

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members

• Ability to collaborate across functions with the product team, developers, and the Creative Director to ensure alignment with broader business objectives

• Extensive experience with UX/UI design principles, user research, and designing for web and mobile platforms
