• Hands-on experience managing design systems and component libraries at a large scale, with proficiency in Figma expected.
• Possess a keen sense of motion design, viewing animation as a vital communication tool.
• Experience in designing products that simplify complex information for a wide audience.
• Proficient in lean research methods, enabling quick decision-making based on user feedback.
• Comfortable working on both native mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
