• Possess 3–5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech, marketplaces, or complex SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing both mobile and web applications with functional user interfaces, not just aesthetically pleasing visuals.
• Proficient in Figma and adept at managing components, variants, and responsive layouts.
• Ability to streamline intricate processes like fund transfers, verification, or reporting into a user-friendly interface.
• Familiarity with design handoff processes, collaborating with developers, and reviewing implemented designs.
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting functional product ideation and high-quality execution.
• Experience in financial transactions, cryptocurrency wallets, or digital marketplaces (a plus).
• Understanding of compliance restrictions (KYC, AML) in UX (a plus).
• Experience in designing B2B portals or administrative panels with extensive data and control features (a plus).
