📋 Description

• Lead the entire design process: from initial exploration and user journey mapping to final UI design and handoff to developers.

• Create user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web platforms focusing on seamless money transfer processes and financial data visualization.

• Translate intricate business requirements into clear and user-friendly designs.

• Manage and enhance a cohesive design system and scalable component library.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to outline MVP objectives and ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop designs for internal testing and validation, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–5+ years of experience in product design, particularly within fintech, marketplaces, or complex SaaS environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing functional mobile and web applications with a focus on usability over aesthetics.

• Proficient in Figma with the ability to manage components, variants, and responsive layouts effectively.

• Capable of simplifying complex processes such as financial transactions, verification procedures, and reporting mechanisms into user-friendly interfaces.

• Familiarity with design handoff processes, collaboration with developers, and review of implemented designs.

• Showcased portfolio highlighting strong product-oriented design thinking and execution skills.

• Experience in financial transactions, cryptocurrency wallets, or digital marketplaces is advantageous.

• Understanding of compliance requirements like KYC and AML in UX design is a plus.

• Experience in designing B2B portals or admin interfaces with extensive data and control features is a bonus.
