• Develop and prototype comprehensive user experiences with meticulous attention to detail, considering every interaction, animation, and transition.
• Uphold design excellence by treating the product as an extension of our brand, ensuring all touchpoints meet the highest quality standards.
• Lead collaborative efforts across teams such as Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to bring ambitious visions to fruition.
• Assume senior-level responsibility with the freedom to drive major product initiatives and influence design decisions company-wide.
• Provide strategic leadership within the design team, contributing to team culture and design standards.
• Possess over 5 years of product design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and exceptional execution.
• Demonstrate senior-level expertise with a proven track record of leading intricate, high-impact product initiatives.
• Previous involvement in developing consumer-facing products with substantial user influence.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and others.
• Thorough understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design choices.
