• Advocate for Users: Champion the needs, challenges, and behaviors of our users. Engage in customer research to gain a deep understanding of user requirements and pain points, then implement these insights to create innovative and efficient experiences.
• Collaborate and Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with Design, Product Managers, Research, and Engineering teams to tackle complex issues. Lead projects from inception to completion by developing a profound product knowledge. Build trust with stakeholders and ensure alignment among all parties affected by your work. Guide, motivate, and influence peers and team members through clear communication, empathy, and efficient execution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a UX or Product Design role, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Research
• Demonstrated ability to approach design holistically, from strategic planning to intricate design aspects
• Self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills, capable of defining, scoping, and designing new opportunities independently or collaboratively
• Strong communication skills with the capability to articulate decisions and processes confidently
• Eagerness for personal growth, receptive to feedback, and skilled at collaborating with designers at all levels
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in visual design with keen attention to detail
• Expertise in Figma
