• You will work closely with various teams to design and implement an automated home construction process.
• 6+ years of design experience.
• Thorough knowledge and application of design thinking methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain design decisions to colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, diligent, and eager to take on new challenges.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset, taking initiative and working with diverse partners and fellow designers.
• Ability to work with non-technical teams to translate operational requirements into a user-friendly platform experience.
• Experience in designing user-centric, efficient, and impactful complex systems.
