📋 Description

• Develop innovative, user-friendly mobile experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers

• Create designs based on user insights and business objectives

• Produce prototypes in Figma using design systems and industry best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user-centered designs

• Make design decisions based on research and data analysis

• Maintain mobile design standards for consistency and quality

• Lead the creation of concepts, wireframes, and prototypes

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience with a focus on mobile platforms

• Proficient in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping

• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams

• Strong skills in research and analytics for design validation

• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions and gain consensus

• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
